She’s Back!

July

Sen. Hillary Clinton is doing her first upstate New York tour today since last year when she was focused on doing, um, something else. What was that again?

clintonwave2.jpgShe held a meeting with Syracuse mayor Matt Driscoll this morning and holding a news conference with Gov. David Paterson on renewable energy initiatives in central New York.

Then—long from the White House—she’ll be in Newark, NY, outside Rochester, at The Apple Shed to see damage that this month’s hail storm had on crops.

Then she’s holding a press conference with Rep. Michael Arcuri about the hail storms in Geneva, Ontario County, and then she’s opening the Erie Canal Harbor in Buffalo with Mayor Byron Brown, Sen. Charles Schumer and Rep. Brian Higgins.

Busy day for New York’s junior senator.
