A Bill Ryan sighting in White Plains

July
3

Less than two weeks after he underwent coronary bypass surgery, Westchester Board of Legislators Chairman Bill Ryan briefly returned to work this morning, board officials said.

Ryan, a White Plains Democrat, visited the board’s offices on the 8th floor of the Michaelian Office Building and even took his customary seat at the weekly meeting of the Board of Acquisition and Contract.

There’s no word, however, whether Ryan will oversee Tuesday’s night’s meeting of the full board – the first since he underwent bypass surgery on June 23.
