Clinton to attend Obama fundraiser

Hillary Rodham Clinton will attend a breakfast fundraiser for Barack Obama Thursday in Manhattan.
New York’s junior senator will be making her appearance at a Women for Obama event.
It will mark her second joint appearance with the Democrats’ presumptive presidential nominee.
They also campaigned together June 27 in the tiny community of Unity, New Hampshire.

lets talk about sam zherka and his lawsuit against the
new york county da…the da has put in an affidavit that
he has no prior relationship with any of the defendants
named in the suit…so its zherka …under investigation
against the ada and iraqi war vet who is no kid..
there goes their conspiracy theory…next …the
allegation that the consultant maligned zherka is
total crap…we have the blogs…we know who said
what…no entry by the consultant mentions anything
about “albanian organized crime” or the “feds”...they
stole that from the tribune…they perjured themselves
in their legal papers…they will now face malicious
remarks to get them out of times vs sullivan..their
attorney will be grieved and I suspect suspended at
least…and all of this is documented now by
the archives of both lo hud and the tribune

A week or two ago I said I believe Zherka created an entire fake “conspiracy”—which the Consultant refers to—after Zherka found out that the Manhattan District Attorney was investigating him.
He includes in that bizarre fantasy the Consultant, the Manhattan DA, Westchester DA Janet DiFiore and Yonkers officials. It is ridiculous. I believe Zherka is trying to lay the groundwork for a defense in the event he is indicted in Manhattan.
That defense would be, I believe, that he is a “crusading publisher” who is being singled out because of his opposition to certain political officials. But I also think it would be a bogus defense by someone who in reality is a strip club owner with a list of other things he may be worried about as the Manhattan probe continues. He uses his publication only to attack his political enemies. He is not a legitimate publisher.
Also, no one even knew of this Manhattan investigation until Zherka himself made it public.
Senior Manhattan ADA Matthew Bogdanos shoots down Zherka’s crazy “conpsiracy” attempt in his official reply to Zherka. I learned recently that this reply can be read at http://www.yonkerstribune.typepad.com.
Click on the May archives on the right side of the home page, and there it is, from May 31. Bogdanos’ reply makes it pretty evident to anyone who reads it that Zherka is under investigation for what would be any number of serious offenses if he is eventually indicted and convicted.
As for Matthew Bogdanos himself, there is a very interesting Wikipedia entry on him which can be found through Google. Bogdanos is not a lightweight. No wonder Zherka is so worried.
I should add that it is widely known Zherka’s brother is connected to the Albanian mob. I believe he is under Federal indictment right now for alleged crimes involving the Albanian mob. Acccording to the Federal paperwork, which can be seen on Google, Zherka’s brother was indicted about a year ago by the Feds in the Southern District, which includes Manhattan and Westchester.
We can bet that the Manhattan DA knows about this, too.
frankly that may all be true but I am concerned about
my reputation and the false legal papers put in by
zerka…to wit…a blog entry ascribed to me
does not appear in Lohud anywhere..it is non
existant..the consultant whether me or someone
else using that handle to blog..never made that
statement although there were others now named
in a separate law suit that did….In any event
by falsely accusing me with no evidence zherka
has gone to far….the freedom of press crusader
has demontrated that he is more interested in
cutting off political debate than he is in
defending his honor….all of this will come
out during the litigation…and will totally
undermine their credibility…they should have
stuck with the bloggers who actually made
the statements because remember..if a witness
lies about anything ..the jury is instructed
by the court it can completley disregard
the total testimony…can’t wait to admit
into evidence the archives from lo hud…
to totally disprove his allegation about
what the consultant said…who cares about
his ethnicity…I cared about his support
of robertson…everything else didn’t matter
and also Wahoo…for anyone who wants a copy
of the entire lo hud blog for the time period
that the alleged statement was made by ‘the consulant”

tell me where to mail it bloggers and its all yours
then you can all see that zherka’s papers contain,
at least as to me, statements that were never made

Consultant—Like Ottinger, Zherka knows he can’t win that suit against you. Federal law makes that crystal clear.
Both Zherka and Ottinger are public figures. And Zherka is highly controversial, a strip club owner, and attack-dog political, besides. As you know, Federal law makes it virtually impossible for any public figure to win a defamation suit.
Besides, the Manhattan DA shot down the whole crazy notion of some conspiracy involving you, him and anyone else. The DA also basically confirmed that Zherka is under investigation for a number of alleged serious offenses, if indicted and later convicted.
His suit vs. you and the others is intended to harass, intimidate and to shut you down and cut off criticism of him. That’s how I see it, anyway. As I said earlier, I also think he is trying to lay the groundwork for a “persecuted crusader” defense in case he is indicted by Bogdanos in Manhattan. That’s my opinion.
I think your counterclaim should and will prevail.
Did he claim you called him a Muslim? I know you said you never said that. But that’s not actionable by any stretch of the imagination, anyway. Albanian mob? His brother is tied to the Albanian mob, according to the Feds and other Google items. That’s public record about his brother. Many know about that.
You know the truth is that I never even knew what religion
the guy was..he and I were both honored at one point
by the westchester integrity committee…so not only
did I not know or care about his religion…but I didn’t
even know about his brother…as far a I was concerned
I knew that zherka was giving robertson a lot of campaign
help so he was fair game politically…and of course
that he owned a strip club which from a poltical point
of view if you end up subsidizing any candidate you
open yourself to political charges…I assume
that the basis for the lawsuit was richard blassberg;s
creative imagination….it is not the first time
richard has attempted to tie me to his political
agenda..read his book the Jeanine Machine where he
attributes all sorts of stuff to me and even has the
gall to tell his readers what I would have said in
a given situation…never interviewed me..never asked
a single question…wrote the book out of pure poltical
peek….and has the present nerve to hold himself out
as a fair minded editor….of a newspaper which has
been highly critical of the DA….and whose editor
has sued the DA….while at the same time….admitting
he has a grudge..in that in one of his recent editions
he admitted….(blassberg did)..that he was tony
castros campaign chairman…both against jeanine
and against janet..and that (catch this)..the janet
win was “stolen” ..although he and castro never
challenged the election….so who has the agenda
here….even his interrogatories directed at me
are aimed at my work for candidates…..which to me
suggests they are trying to stop me from making
a living..that is called tortious interference with
contract…by intimidation….what does my consulting
business have to do with a lawsuit alleging defamation
so you are right they are just harassing..what they
don’t realize is..I intend to depose all of them
and on the record I will cross examine myself…
with all the ammunition from their own mouths
and newspaper issues….as well as the blogs…
then when (not if) I recover money however much
that is..it will all be donated to the Maria
Ferrari children’s hospital..in my name
not theirs…..
now lets be clear ..someone did call him an
albanian mob guy….it was not me..but it is
easy to find out who it was….and someone
did refer to the feds and his brother but again
not me and the blogs not only prove I didn’t say
it..they also prove who did….(that should be fun when
they are confronted with the evidence)...so stay tuned

According to official reports, Zherka’s brother IS an Albanian mob type. That information is readily available—public record. It’s on the internet. The Feds arrested his brother in June or July of ‘07. The charges involve the Albanian mob. Other Albanian mob links involving the brother go back a dozen years or more. That also is there for anyone to see on the internet.
DA Bogdanos in Manhattan also makes it clear that Sam Zherka himself seems to be under the gun for what could be a list of things that aren’t nice. It was Zherka himself who first revealed that information. So he “defamed” himself. :)
And whether Sam Zherka is a Muslim or not is irrelevant. It is not actionable, as you know.
Glad you agree they are trying to harass you, cause you grief and attempting to silence you. That’s how I see it.
Zherka and Blassberg call everyone they dislike vile names in the Guardian. They make wild accusations all the time. They can’t have it both ways. I think you will win.
you can take it to the bank….and so can the children’s
hospital….by the time we litigate this case in federal
court zherka and blassberg will be revealed for what they
truly are…and that will be without defaming them just
revealing the facts… the stubborn irrefutable facts…
Maybe the Consultant also will end up owning the Guardian. If so, sell it fast. It’s a loser. Beyond redemption. The brand name is seriously tarnished. :)
