		<description>So, let&#039;s get this straight.  One gets a promotion, one reduces his responsibility by 50%. Presumably Spano gets a big raise.  Does Pozzi get a big reduction in salary commensurate with having much less responsibility.
Also, since when does an employee decide just what they want to focus on (&quot;he wants to focus strictly on Probation&quot;)? He chose less reesponsibility -- he should get less compensation. That&#039;s easy to figure out, but this is Westchester government.
Who&#039;s running the show and who&#039;s getting paid what under the new setup?  Just another chapter in the &quot;reward the county government higher-ups and screw the taxpayers&quot;.
