Dad Rudy wanted to be the leader of the free world. Son Andrew Giuliani wants to be a golf pro, which is why the Duke senior is suing to be reinstated to the university golf team, according to published reports.

liz..what is the basis for the suit..did they do something
to him that violated his right..you know the issue of whether you are on a college golf team is 1. are you
one of the best golfers..but 2. do you have the temperment
to play competetive matches…it is up to the coach
so how can you sue to be on the team..the decision
is subjective!
He should hire Michael Nifong, He’s been proven to be pretty good at “Trumping-up’’ evidence, and, so far as golf and jurisprudence go, is very familiar with shafts.
actually now I read the article which you can get to
by clicking on the word “suing” it appears that the
consensus of other coaches and students is that
andrew is a mature hard working athlete..this may
simply be a personality clash between andrew and the coach
in which case andrew may indeed have some legal redress
but I doubt that he can force himself back onto the golf
team..unless the school fires the coach for inappropriate
action
