Nice guy, cheating on his cancer-stricken wife who had traveled all over to help him run for president. This story was being talked about for months on the internet but only in a few newspapers. The so-called "mainstream" media tried to ignore it. BIAS. The NY Times had no problem smearing John McCain with a front page story hinting of an affair, but without a shred of evidence. They had to retract it. At the very same time, Edwards was still a presidential candidate. The Times knew of the Enquirer's early work on this matter, but ignored it. BIAS. The Times wasn't alone -- right Gannett, ABC, NBC, CBS, and many other newspapers? But kudos to the National Enquirer for keeping up the work while the others chose to look anywhere except at Edwards. Wanna bet that Edwards is still lying about the child?
