Democrats’ national video contest

The Democratic National Committee has selected the top five videos submitted by party members that answer the question, “Why are you a Democrat in 2008?’’

The national party is asking members of the public to vote for their favorite of the five through Aug. 13.

The videos have been posted on a Web site (http://www.youtube.com/demconvention) Democrats plan to use during the national convention being held in Denver Aug. 25-28.
