Round and round
The wheels of the bus went round and round this morning as State Assemblyman Greg Ball, R-Patterson, several Assembly candidates and supporters hit the road for Albany to rally for an enactment of a tax cap.
The Assembly and Senate returned to Albany today for a special session at the request of Gov. Paterson “to deal with the state’s looming $26.2 billion budget gap over the next three years.
The photo, by my colleague Brian Howard, who saw the group off in Yorktown early this morning, shows GOP Assembly candidate Rob Biagi addressing the gathering. He’s challenging Democratic Assemblyman George Latimer. And, if you’ve forgotten, Ball is facing a challenge from Republican John Degnan.
The bus is behind him.
