Bianca Jagger wants apartment back

August
28

Bianca Jagger is bringing her attempt to get  her rent-stablilized Manhattan apartment back to Albany next week.

The state’s highest court, the Court of Appeals, will hear arguments about whether the Rolling Stones’ Mick Jagger’s ex-wife can move back into the Manhattan apartment she has been evicted from.

Her landlord, who can charge more rent for the property once the present tenant is gone, has argued that since she is not an American citizen, the apartment can’t be her primary residence.

Jagger, who lived in New York for many years, argues that her long tenancy is proof that the apartment is her primary residence.

The court generally announces its decisions a month or so after hearing arguments.

How big is the apartment, where is it located, and what does she pay? Without that info, who would have any interest whatsoever in this item?
