Cuomo looks past the election

Sen. Joe Biden officially received the Democratic Party’s nomination for vice president Wednesday night.

But New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo apparently is looking past the November election.

At a Denver breakfast for New York delegates to the Democratic National Convention Cuomo offered his congratulations to Biden becoming the “vice president-elect.’‘

    cuomo is typically looking to the future to see how he comes out in it. it’s has nothing to do with Biden. it looks like cuomo is trying to make amends for how he spoke of the the democratic presidential nominee, Obama, back in January.
