NOW’s PAC on Palin

August
29

NOW PAC Chair Kim Gandy called John McCain’s selection of Sarah Palin as his ticket-mate
“a cynical effort to appeal to disappointed Hillary Clinton voters and get them to vote, ultimately, against their own self-interest.”

“Gov. Palin may be the second woman vice-presidential candidate on a major party ticket, but she is not the right woman. Sadly, she is a woman who opposes women’s rights, just like John McCain,” she continued.

“The fact that Palin is a mother of five who has a 4-month-old baby, a woman who is juggling work and family responsibilities, will speak to many women. But will Palin speak FOR women? Based on her record and her stated positions, the answer is clearly No.”

That’s funny! That is an entire vineyard full of sour grapes. Phony left-wingers.

When was NOW last relevant? It was about 1972, and for a month or two, at most.

Sarah Palin is everything the NOW gang is not: an attractive, successful, happily married mother of five.

  3. Debra

Palin is an empowered, independent-thinking, woman for all seasons. She doesn’t need the nags at NOW telling her she’s an oppressed minority. YOU GO GIRL!

  4. The CEO

Palin is conservative. Conservative women will vote for her.
She is not liberal. Liberal women will not vote for her.

Is that so hard to understand?

I never understood the ideals of NOW. They are strictly a political force who serve only Democrats. Why is it that a womans organization would not say anything about the atrocities of what is happening in Iraq, Iran, and other Muslim nations in regards to womans rights? It is because they do not care for women in general, they care only of their own political agenda….and that does not include anything the Republicans do or say….let alone the war in Iraq and Afganistan. As far as Palin is concerned, she is a stong woman and will receive millions of votes from women. The “hot button” issues like Pro Choice/Abortion are getting very old, and I as a woman am sick of these political scare tactics. As a business woman, and as an Independent voter, Sarah Palin has my vote!

NOW has the most one-sided politcal agenda known to humankind. To say that Pailn is a woman but not the right woman is just an ignorant statement.

NOW are a bunch of political operatives for the democratic party
