  1. the network

You talk about the Good Old Boy Network. What do you call this? The Good Old Girl Network.

  2. Jane

She is in the fight for her political life. Her opponent Bill Gouldman has been very effective campaigning against her. The next 2 months will be very interesting.

  3. the consultant

gouldman has the experience knowledge and perspective to
make a fine assemblyman…in addition galef has been a
stumbling block to the tax cap legislation because she
is tied to shelly silver and the teachers unions…
independent voters who own homes and pay taxes can no
longer afford to vote kneejerk democratic…and with
Obama only beating McCain by seven points this could
be a watershed year for candidates like Bill Gouldman

  4. BOB

Who will the unexpected guest be Hillary. It will surely be the Good Old Girl Network

  5. She will need the money

She will need all the money she can get. I hear Gouldman will put a lot of his personnal wealth in towards the end of the campaign.

  6. Ossining Voter

Her big Fundraiser will be in someones house. At $125 pp if she has 30 people in attendance. The total will be $3,750. If she has 50 people in this guys house it will be $6,250. She will need to do a better job than that.

  7. BIAS Newspaper & Blog

How come none of Gouldmans fundraisers have been posted on this blog. Shame Shame on the bias of LoHud.

  8. Liz Anderson

We generally post the fundraisers we become aware of, either through press releases or our own reporting. To my knowledge Mr. Gouldman has never sent us any information on his events. If you are involved with them, feel free to send them along. In this case, as the item notes, Galef emailed us the details.
