Politics on the Hudson

The Larchmont-Mamaroneck League of Women Voters will hold a voter registration drive this Saturday at four locations: Mamaroneck Village’s A& P supermarket, Harbor Island Park, Town of Mamaroneck’s Stop & Shop supermarket, and the Village of Larchmont’s Farmer’s Market at the Larchmont train station parking lot.

The Board of Elections must receive  applications no later than October 15 for voters seeking to vote on the general election Nov. 4. Mail applications must be postmarked no later than October 10. Absentee ballot application forms, and information on related deadlines, will also be available for voters who will be out of town on election day.

In addition, the local League is sponsoring a candidate debate night, currently scheduled for Oct. 23.
