Westchester’s Republican Party is holding a strategy briefing 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in White Plains. District leaders, public officials and supporters of Sen. John McCain’s presidential run are expected. Supporters will also watch Sarah Palin and Joseph Biden go at it in a televised vice presidential debate. Yard signs and bumper stickers will be given out to Republican supporters.
