Nader Coming To New York

October
10

Ralph Nader, the consumer advocate and presidential candidate, will be making a New York swing next week, aides said.

He’s starting Wednesday in New York City with a rally at Cooper Union, then Thursday with a protest outside Federal Hall on Wall Street.

Thursday night at 7 p.m. he will holding a press conference at The Egg at Empire State Plaza in Albany.

Then next Friday, he’s doing a noon rally in Syracuse, followed by a 4 p.m. press conference in Rochester and a 7 p.m. rally at the Lafayette Ave. Presbyterian Church in Buffalo.

Nader is continuing to campaign as he will appear on the ballot in 45 states, including in New York. He won’t be on the ballots in Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia, North Carolina and Indiana, aides said.

Here’s a biographical video about his life found on his website.
