91st District candidates to square off at City Hall

Candidates for the 91st state Assembly district â€” Democrat George Latimer and Republican challenger Rob Biagi â€” will debate at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at New Rochelle City Hall.Â It is being hosted by the League of Women Voters of New Rochelle. The public is invited.
