If the Republicans in both houses had stayed on target, remembered their reason for being,  joined the majority of voters and pushed hard for tax cuts, smaller government,  fewer mandates, and property tax relief, they might have had a chance to get a lot of apathetic voters out to the polls.  As it is, they remain silent, blame Bush for their own failings, slide into bed with the teachers and other unions, and stalk the occasional weak-sister  chump like O&#039;Byrne to make their point.</description>

		<description>Nobody had anything to say about this one?  Maybe everyone thinks it&#039;s just Albany being Albany again all the way around.  There could be a court show or a cop show based out of Albany.  It would never run out of story ideas.</description>
