I can understand it was a mistake and not done purposely, but what was the point of that. I have to believe that when things like this are done they are discriminating against ALL nationalities. Did they send this form to Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Albanian or French speaking households? NO! Why send it to Spanish speaking. You are in America! Learn the language or kindly get back on the plane or head back to the borders! Enough with spending extra money because some people wish not to learn the language or don't feel they should!
