Having Joe Scarborough, a MSNBC-style Republican, say a positive word about the President-elect or his appointments does not mean they are great appointments or they will do a good job. The economy's collapse is not solely the Bush administration's fault and there are many others to blame who the Consultant consistently praises such as Robert Rubin and the Democratic Congress. Iran would have continued to develop nuclear weapons regardless of us invading Iraq and would have had a better excuse for doing so with Hussein still in power and NO ONE BELIEVES THAT Hussein would not have attempted to develop nuclear weapons at some point. Most likely after sanctions were removed which was becoming increasingly likely with Russian, French, and Chinese influence. Was the Consultant absent the day they taught logic in law school? Hillary Clinton supported the Iraq War but had the audacity to deny doing so and then opposed the surge. Her qualifications for being Secretary of State are very limited. A little over one term in the Senate where she wasn't even on the Foreign Relations Committee unlike Obama's running mate who was supposedly picked for his foreign policy expertise and now runs the risk of having a disfunctional team where the Secretary of State and VP clash on foreign policy. It didn't work well the last eight years and won't work well again. Obama is playing politics with the nomination and is using this as an attempt to bring in a potential rival. Not a smart move in a time where we as country are fighting two major wars.
