County Executive Andrew Spano will appear live on Lohud.com “Politics on the Hudson” program at 4 p.m. today. Spano will talk with Staff Writer Gerald McKinstry about the state budget and its affect on county taxes. He’ll also talk about some of his legislative priorities for the upcoming years.
