This is so obvious that it has become clear that the State politicians have no real interest in solving this problem, but rather choose to give three downs of lip service to assuage an outraged public, and then punt and retire to the sidelines, hoping the problems will miraculously disappear. There will be a virtual tsunami of certiorari proceedings nation-wide. In the end, these amateur Einsteins will simply reasess properties or change assessed valuations and raise assessment rates. They are incapable of finding any other viable solution.

The problem is, we can not afford are property taxes anymore. We need to do something about them. No more public meetings are needed.
