Spano leads fundraising field

County Executive Andy Spano was tops in fundraising among pols in the Lower Hudson Valley. The Democrat, in fact, was ranked 21st out of 2,400 in the state with $1.4 million, according to a state watchdog group, and far ahead of his Republican opponent, Rob Astorino, is raising cash for his campaign.Â
Astorino, however, says he doesn’t need that much to beat Spano.
