In Yorktown there are about 14 to twenty group homes that don't pay any property taxes and place these individuals in residentual areas where kids play. Why do we home owners barely able to pay our own outragesly high property taxes have to subsidize these group homes? It's not fair to those who bust their asses to get a nice place to live then have to pay more taxes to move in others who strain the system. Our property taxes should be cut by 40 per cent not raised every year by self serving politicians.Personally I can't wait to get the hell out of New York State.

As usual from these "advocacy groups," a lot of doubletalk, legalize and obfuscation. Put it in English and explain what you want so the public can analyze it.
