Meanwhile, he gives them all plenty of time for a nice round of golf, cocktails,  a luncheon, and  a cool, leisurely shower before convening at 3 PM  wherefrom they&#039;ll all be history by 3:30.   In troubled times, the one word that troops never want to hear from a General or a Governor is &quot;Hopefully...&quot;    Sad.  At base, as an admitted druggie and adulterer and a tool and protege of the  shady group from Harlem who promoted him to do their bidding, he is probably, though thoroughly ineffectual,  a better man than any and all of them up there.  That&#039;s how bad things are.</description>
