In addition, how can anyone describe a nine-member panel, essentially controlled by one Party as "bipartisan?" Attorneys will also note that he is "Special Counsel," not "Independent Counsel," two monkeys of a distinctly different species. This Panel has been devised to ultimately render decisions, one way or the other, which are based on political interests, not justice.
