The owner of the building insists Soto has never lived there. Why hasn't the Journal News asked Mr. Soto one simple question: in which apartment does he claim to reside? If he refuses to answer, why hasn't the Journal News sent a reporter to the building to speak with the super, Miskenia Santana, or the other residents? Why is the Journal News so lah-di-dah about election crimes? One would think you'd be all over this story. Instead, you treat it like a weather report. In addition, your statement about the Justice Department hotline is erroneous. Ass't. Atty. General John Russ agreed to come into his office 6:00 A.M. on Tuesday to man the hotline in response to Ms. Annabi's request conveyed by me.
