White House party-goers and Ball
If you haven’t had enough of the saga of Tareq and Michaele Salahi, the possible White House gate-crashers, and their connection to state Assemblyman Greg Ball, check out these photos from the 2004 Courage Cup, a charity event that raised money for kids through polo.
In a published report today, Ball took issue with the characterization of his past relationship with the Courage Cup charity, specifically accusations that he “diverted $10,000 from the polo fundraiser to his 2006 Assembly campaign.”
Ball, R-Patterson, told the Times Herald Record of Middletown that he was in “the process of exacting litigation to right this wrong, while countering and correcting the current slander.”
Reached today in Albany, Ball said he was “focused on the (state) budget crisis” and declined further comment as to whether he has filed a lawsuit.

Do a REAL story. How Borkowski went to Don Smith begging for a job after the election, trying to put the squeeze on Smith, claiming he could make Smith lose by staying in the race. Smith thankfully laughed and sent little Jimmy on his way. The next day, Borkowski pulled out of the race. Yet, Borkowski whines on and on and on about all the smoke-filled backroom deals going on in Putnam, and he’s right in the middle of the garbage. The man is a complete phony. Investigate something like THIS Mike instead of every single story you got is about Greg Ball. Borkowski is in for a HUGE surprise. And I don’t mean Christmas.
