Which people? Where? He and his party are intent on RAISING TAXES, not cutting them. They discuss this daily, and in fact, have no choice after effectively bankrupting this state. They will try to shove as much of it as they can onto local government, hoping most the blame goes elsewhere while they pose as fiscal pragmatists.
