League of Conservation Voters backs Murphy, Castelli

The New York League of Conservation Voters endorsed Somers Supervisor Mary Beth Murphy in her GOP primary run for the 40th state Senate District against state Assemblyman Greg Ball, R-Patterson. You can read about the endorsement here.

The group also endorsed Assemblyman Robert J. Castelli, the Republican elected in a special election in District 89 in February who is now seeking a two-year term.

    The woman and men are behind Marybeth Murphy and she will make a great Senator. People are seeing through Greg Ball and Marybeth is showing she is the real deal. I look forward to working with our next Senator Marybeth Murphy.
