Brodsky Concedes in AG Race
Assemblyman Richard Brodsky’s run for attorney general has come to an end. His campaign confirmed that he just conceded as it appears he is not in contention among the five candidates vying the Democratic nomination.
Brodsky wasn’t even winning his home county of Westchester so far tonight. With 57 percent of the precincts reporting in Weschester, Brodsky was second with 27 percent of the vote to Sen. Eric Schneiderman.
With 38 percent of all precincts reporting, Brodsky was fourth among the candidates, AP is reporting.
“I’ve won and I’ve lost and winning is better,” Brodsky called in to say just now. “In the end, I think we were out-muscled.”
