Democrat Brendan Tully and Republican Steve Katz met Wednesday with the Editorial Board to discuss their candidacies. The two are vying for the 99th Assembly district seat, which covers the Westchester towns of Yorktown, Somers and North Salem, the Putnam towns of Carmel, Southeast and Patterson and the Dutchess town of Pawling.

James Burkowski, the Conservative Party’s candidate, did not attend Wednesday’s Editorial Spotlight interview.
