Public television’s New York Now host and managing Matt Ryan put together a video montage of David Paterson’s time as governor, from his sudden swearing in, to the appointment of Kirsten Gillibrand to fill Hillary Clinton’s Senate seat and his decision to not run for a full term.     Paterson’s office was criticized for PATRONAGE, LACK OF LEADERSHIP, INDECISIVENESS and INFIGHTING.
