As protesters hit the state Capitol today pushing for a so-called millionaire’s tax because they are unhappy with Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s state budget deal, first-term Assemblyman Tom Abinanti of Greenburgh recently addressed the issue before a crowd of business leaders. You might say he wasn’t on his home turf.
At a breakfast meeting of the Westchester County Association, Abinanti said New York’s fiscal challenges are as much a revenue problem as they are a spending problem. Take a look:
