After leading the Revere America effort last year, former Gov. George Pataki is starting a new group, No American Debt, to raise awareness about the country’s burgeoning debt load but to also play a role in next year’s presidential race.
He told the Wall Street Journal this morning that the group already has $1 million in the bank and plans to raise $10 million. Pataki also was on Fox News’ Sean Hannity show yesterday.
“This is a real crisis. We can’t wait until 2013. We have to get serious about the deficit right now,” the Republican from Garrison, Putnam County, said.
As for his own potential presidential aspirations, Pataki offered, “I’m not running for president. I think this is an extraordinarily important issue. We’re going to focus on this. But, Sean, I’ve been around politics enough to know you never say never.”

What a colossal doofus. He actually thinks he could get elected to bore the country like he bored New Yorkers. Not only that, he yaps now about fiscal integrity when in reality, he sold the taxpayer down the river during his last term. He and Spitzer, both blowhards without creditable portfolios, should get together and spin the bottle.
Pataki and Rudy are the washed up OLD” New York Republicans and Donald “EGO MANIC” Trump is the NEW WAIVE 21st century Nelson Rockefeller Republican Rich and now a social conservative.

Not according to him, it’s not. He’s got about as much chance as being nominated as he has of becoming a ride at Disneyworld. If he had even a smidgeon of political capital left at all, he would have run against the then easily beatable, flip-flop amateur Gillibrand.
If Donald “EGO MANIC” Trump is serious about running for President mybe those Republicans who also want to run should drop out and clear the field for Donald “EGO MANIC” Trump.
This would really drive “The Prisoner of City Hall” “CRAZy” and have Nelson Rockefeller turning over in his grave.
I still prefer “WATSON” for president but if all the Republicans dropout and support Donald “EGO MANIC” Trump “NOW” it would make Roger “SOCKS” Stone’s day.
