Harrison Ford as convicted former state Sen. Vincent Leibell and Liam Neeson as the recently jailed former state comptroller Alan Hevesi. (Oh, and Streep as Clinton). In theaters by Christmas . . . not. A bit of imaginary brainstorming between two screenwriters who build off of Leibell’s offer to nation-build.
