State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli today announced a new hire to be the overseer of the state pension fund’s investments, tapping a New York City-based portfolio manager as chief investment officer.
Vicki Fuller, who specialized in public investments for AllianceBernstein, will make $300,000 annually as the $150 billion pension fund’s CIO, according to DiNapoli’s office.
“I am thrilled to have an executive of Vicki’s caliber lead our team of
investment professionals,” DiNapoli said in a statement. “Her 30 years of investment experience will be extremely beneficial in these volatile economic times. She has an impeccable reputation and understands my commitment to operating the Fund with the utmost ethics and transparency.”
The position has been vacant since Raudline Etienne stepped down in September. Fuller will start Aug. 30.

There is no doubt about ” THE RIGHTS OF THE JEWISH COMMUNITY” but to single them out as anyone’s hypocrisy is not really nice! And, for that matter ( any) community….! In The United States of America It’s The Rule of Law that Governs Equal Justice Under Law!
Coming back to the Point: I have never been offered a $300,000 UNION PROTECTED JOB IN STATE OR COUNTY!

There is a Guy in Town of RAMAPO; The Public Records say “politely that he is a biggest crook” and he keeps getting “jobs” in The TOWN where a ” SUPERVISOR ” dated a ” PLANNED HIRE, LAW SUIT AND BIG SETTLEMENT”... !
AND, ( that Crook ) even ” has JOBS RESERVED IN THAT SUPERVISOR’S Town! ....

There was a HEADLINE NEWS THAT ( The Crook) mentioned herein; was collecting pocket money” with his Wife’s Name….IN THOSE DAYS I used to Comment in The Journal News… And, THE READERS OF MY COMMENT will be Shocked to Learn! That, when I commented on the NEWS ( as usual ) I RECEIVED A PRIVATE EMAIL FROM A JOURNAL NEWS REPORTER who had written the news!
I still have the EMAIL I was and am still.SHOCKED THAT WHY WOULD A PRESS REPORTER defend that Gentlyman so much and with so.much loyalty?...

The Level of Checks and Balance is such in THE Present Day that when you call 911 the Dispatcher ( doesn’t ask anymore ) ” WHERE LOCAL POLICE OR STATE POLICE!”
AND, IF YOU WILL ASK TO BE CONNECTED TO THE STATE POLICE; You may not get it!
Why?
ACCORDING TO ( RELIABLE SOURCES ) ” IN a TOWN OF ROCKLAND COUNTY, STATE OF NEW YORK … Keeping well! ” the abuses of COMPU-STAT ” The DATA OF 911 Calls; that can BE TRACEABLE BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO INVESTIGATE at many times MAY NOT NECESSARILY be FOUND! ( in the RECORDS) Why!... Because, it was never entered in it!... AS I was saying in “ONE PARTICULAR TOWN” it is heard on The Street THAT ” there are 2 Parallel 911 working! The First is where calls are received and THE Second is where they are FILTERED and only after Scanning some calls are POSTED AS RECORD KEEPING ( and probability is) the remaining calls are deleted!
THIS MEANS ( may be ) the RECORDS OF 911 which is THE FOUNDATION OF ANY.INVESTIGATION is never FOUND!
The New York Times did a DETAILED ARTICLE on JUSTICE COURTS in UPSTATE NY! And, how Cases are conducted!....
There is an urgent need to focus on how deep AMERICA is being diverted from its Founding Principles is and should be a TOP PRIORITY MATTER OF CONCERN for not only WE THE PEOPLE; ( not like THE ACLU Chaseing The Police And The Law” calling it violation of Civil Rights” ) at every instance! I was just reviewing The Role and Patterns of ACLU and The Philosophy of That Organization doesn’t add up at all!.....
No Offence! But, there is a vast difference between “snatching based on color” and “obeying the Law, with due Respect to It’s Morality and Ethics!....
Everything, cannnot be “expected” for granted or taken for! Without Hands or Legs!
