The Westchester County Board of Legislators Monday unanimously passed the 2012-13 budget for Westchester Community College.
The $121 million budget includes a 3 percent tuition increase for full-time students to $4,280 a year. Both Democratic and Republican legislators stressed their support for the college and some said they need to work to keep tuition affordable.
