Representative Sean Patrick Maloney, D-Cold Spring, who just took office representing District 18 announced his Washington and New York staffing assignments on Thursday.
Senior staff will be in Washington, while his local office staff will be in Fishkill.
“Our district office will primary focus on casework and community outreach, and folks of the Hudson Valley are encouraged to reach out any time to request assistance, share comments, or ask questions,” his press release reads.
“We have a team of committed and experienced public servants who will be accessible and focused on assisting with the needs of our constituents,” said Maloney. “I always want to have an open ear to the needs of the district and encourage folks to reach out to our offices at any time.”

Ed Brancati (District Director) grew up in Bedford Hills, Purdys, and Goldens Bridge, where he currently resides. After working for the Clinton administration in Washington, Ed worked in Westchester County for Congresswoman Nita M. Lowey. In November 2007, Ed was elected Supervisor for the Town of Lewisboro where he worked tirelessly as a full-time Supervisor. Ed also serves as Secretary for the Westchester-Putnam Association of Town Supervisors, is a member of the President’s Council of Northern Westchester Hospital, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Westchester Municipal Officials Association.
Genevieve Kessler (Director of Constituent Services and District Representative for Dutchess County) is a native of Chester, N.Y. Genevieve previously worked for Congressman John Hall and has also worked at the International Rescue Committee headquarters in New York City.
Oscar Dunham (District Representative for Orange County) is a Salisbury Mills, N.Y. native who recently earned his Bachelors of Arts in Classical Studies and U.S. History from Howard University. He has experience working for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and an organizer in Western Orange County for Sean Patrick Maloney.

Tim Persico (Chief of Staff) previously served as Campaign Manager for Sean Patrick Maloney. Before that, he worked for Congressman Patrick J. Murphy (Pa.) and Allegheny County Executive Dan Onorato.
Jennifer Prather Steel (Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director) previously worked for Congressman Ben Chandler for nearly seven years. She is a graduate of the U.S. Naval War College and Berea College, and has studied at Johns Hopkins University and American University’s Washington College of Law.
Stephanie Formas (Communications Director) previously served as a Regional Press Secretary at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and worked for Congressman Chet Edwards.
