They shot multiple vehicles, a tractor, two garages, a TV dish and residential outdoor lights with a 22-caliber rifle, State Police said. There was about $12,000 in damages.
The individuals were charged with 2 counts of criminal mischief in the second degree, 6 counts of criminal mischief in the third degree and 5 counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
Both were also charged with illegal discharge of a firearm within 500 feet of a residence, illegal discharge of a firearm from a vehicle and possession of a loaded firearm in a vehicle.
Kvinlaug was released on house arrest after arraigned before Argyle Town Justice Buck.
The juvenile, whose name was not released due to young age, was released on a juvenile appearance ticket and will appear in Family Court.
