Gov. Andrew Cuomo will give a 4:30 p.m. briefing on the major snow storm that is sweeping much of the state today and tomorrow.

Cuomo has already put emergency plans into place, and his public safety team has warned residents to stay off the roads and to stock up supplies.

Cuomo will provide the briefing from his New York City offices.
