WATCH LIVE: Cuomo comments on Court of Appeals appointment

At 5:30 p.m., Gov. Andrew Cuomo will hold a press conference to congratulate City University of New York law professor Jenny Rivera on her appointment to the state Court of Appeals.

Cuomo nominated Rivera for the 14-year post on the state’s highest court, and the Senate confirmed her appointment Monday.
