Three Westchester gas stations have agreed to pay more than $10,000 in fines to settle claims they price-gouged customers immediately following Superstorm Sandy, state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman announced Tuesday.

The Sunoco of RBJ Service Station at 500 Halstead Ave. in Harrison boosted its retail price to $4.79 a gallon, a 37 percent increase over its wholesale price, Schneiderman said in a price release. It agreed to a $1,500 settlement.

Shell of DJ’s Auto Delicious Inc. at 905 N. Broadway in North White Plains raised its retail price to $4.39 a gallon, marking a 35 percent jump over wholesale price. The station’s settlement will cost $5,000.

Finally, A&S Texaco Inc. at 1061 Nepperhan Ave. in Yonkers marked up the retail price over wholesale by 34 percent to $4.59 a gallon. Its penalty: $3,800.

To date, Schneiderman has agreed to deals with 30 gas stations in Rockland, Westchester, New York City and Long Island, totaling more than $185,000.
